Investigation launched into Saadettin Ustaosmanoğlu

Investigation launched into Saadettin Ustaosmanoğlu

Saadettin Ustaosmanoğlu, the nephew of the late leader of the İsmailağa community, Mahmut Ustaosmanoğlu, used scandalous expressions during a conversation.

Ustaosmanoğlu called for doing the exact same thing in Turkey that Hamas did in Israel.

Ustaosmanoğlu stated, "We must do in Turkey what Hamas did in Palestine. As of now, if we can evaluate the time well, there is no reason for a revolution not to happen in Turkey."

In a statement made by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was said, "An ex officio investigation has been launched against the suspect within the scope of the crime of 'incitement to commit a crime' regulated in Article 214 of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK) regarding the words and statements uttered in the video content shared by various accounts on a social media platform and stated to belong to the person named Saadettin Ustaosmanoğlu."
