The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into director Sinan Çetin for the crimes of "Violation of the Bosphorus Zoning Law" and "Causing zoning pollution." Çetin has been summoned to the prosecutor's office to give a statement as a suspect on February 26 at 10:30.
Director Sinan Çetin was summoned to testify by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. It is alleged that Çetin had 4-5 additional structures built illegally on a plot of land in the Sarıyer district.
Following a report filed against him, an investigation was launched into Çetin for "Violation of the Bosphorus Zoning Law and Causing zoning pollution."
According to the report by journalist Ceylan Sever, Çetin will testify to the prosecutor as a suspect on Wednesday, February 26, at 10:30.
