Investigation launched into Yılmaz Özdil: First comment from Özdil

The statement made by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office included the following:
An ex officio investigation has been launched against the individual named Yılmaz Özdil in accordance with Article 301 of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK) due to a post he made today on his social media account that targets and disparages the state of the Republic of Turkey.
Özdil had shared the post, "The state of the Republic of Turkey has, as of this moment, lost its status as a state."
COMMENTED ON THE INVESTIGATION
Regarding the investigation launched against him, Yılmaz Özdil made the statement, "Well, this was bound to happen," on his social media account.
