Investigation permit granted regarding the Isias Hotel case

A new development has occurred in the case of the Grand Isias Hotel, which became a grave for 72 people, including TRNC athletes and tour guides, and left 8 people injured during the February 6 earthquakes.

The Adıyaman Governorship Provincial Administrative Board has issued its decision regarding the public officials for whom the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office requested an investigation permit as part of the Grand Isias Hotel investigation.

The Adıyaman Governorship Provincial Administrative Board responded positively to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's request for an investigation permit concerning officials at the Adıyaman Municipality.

THEY HAD SIGNATURES ON THE INITIAL LICENSE

The board members decided not to grant an investigation permit for 2 of the 8 individuals requested by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office because they have passed away, determined that 2 individuals should be processed under general provisions as they are permanent workers and not subject to the provisions of Law No. 4483, and decided to 'grant an investigation permit' for 4 individuals.

The investigation permit was granted for Zoning Manager Y.G., who had a signature on the initial license in 1993, and for Licensing Office Chief B.B., Zoning Manager M.S.A., and Deputy Mayor O.B., who had signatures on the second building license in 2001.
