Iran had launched an airstrike on the UAE: Statement from Sedat Peker's wife, Özge Peker
Özge Peker, wife of organized crime leader Sedat Peker, who is based in the United Arab Emirates, stated that they are "safe thanks to the air defense system" following Iran's missile attacks on the UAE.
Following the operations launched by the US and Israel against Iran, Iran began targeting US bases in the region in retaliation.
One of the countries Iran attacked was the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The UAE Ministry of Defense announced that 137 ballistic missiles and 209 UAVs were successfully intercepted during the Iranian attacks.
Özge Peker, wife of organized crime leader Sedat Peker, who resides in the UAE's city of Dubai, made a statement following Iran's missile attacks.
Peker included the following statements in her message:
“First of all, I would like to express my endless gratitude to all my friends and followers who were concerned and called or wrote to us.
Of course, as a mother, we had a difficult day, but the United Arab Emirates, the country where we have lived for 5 years, has once again proven to the whole world what a safe country it is.
A country that cares this much about the safety of its citizens and the people living here ?? We are safe thanks to the success of the air defense system. Best wishes to everyone.
We are safe. May God protect and watch over us all.”
