The decision regarding the election of İrfan Fidan as Deputy President of the Constitutional Court has been published in the Official Gazette.
With the decision published in the Official Gazette by the Presidency of the Constitutional Court, İrfan Fidan has been elected as Deputy President of the Constitutional Court in accordance with Article 146 of the Constitution and Article 12 of Law No. 6216 on the Establishment and Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court.
