Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu announced that Başkentray in Ankara, Marmaray, the Sirkeci-Kazlıçeşme Rail System Line, and the Gayrettepe-Istanbul Airport-Arnavutköy Metro Line in Istanbul, as well as İZBAN in İzmir, all operated by TCDD Taşımacılık AŞ under the Ministry, will provide free service on April 23, National Sovereignty and Children's Day.
