Israel gives deadline for the evacuation of hospitals in Gaza!

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have given a deadline for the evacuation of hospitals located in the Gaza Strip.

In a statement released by Doctors Without Borders (MSF), it was reported that hospital officials were warned by the IDF to evacuate Al-Awda Hospital in northern Gaza by 06:00 local time. The statement further emphasized that the evacuation of patients has become complicated, stating, “We condemn the ongoing attacks in Gaza and the attacks on healthcare services. We are trying to protect our staff and our patients.”

CALL TO ISRAEL FROM THE WHO

As reported by AA; World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus stated that the evacuation of Al-Awda Hospital in Gaza would put lives at risk and called on Israel to reverse its decision.

In a post on the X platform, Ghebreyesus evaluated Israel's decision to give a two-hour deadline for the evacuation of Al-Awda Hospital in Gaza.

Using the phrase "We urge Israel to reverse this decision," Ghebreyesus noted that the evacuation would directly put the lives of patients as well as healthcare workers at risk.
