Israeli Defense Minister speaks: 'We are in the phase of defeating the enemy'

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant conducted a situation assessment with the command staff of the Israeli Army's 98th Division, which is deployed along the southern border of Lebanon. 

In this meeting, Gallant called for the transition to the next phase of the war.

According to reports in the Israeli media, Gallant reviewed the progress made so far by the 98th Division and the Israel Defense Forces. The Minister stated, "We are actually in the phase of defeating the enemy at all points of contact. We are now moving into the process of destroying tunnels and ammunition depots, and neutralizing Hezbollah. We are close to completing the mission, but there is still more work to be done."

Gallant noted that the Israel Defense Forces are preparing for further missions and that current operations are proceeding properly. These statements have once again highlighted the importance of military strategies in the region.
