While the highest occupancy rate was measured at 91.96 percent at the Elmalı Dam, the lowest occupancy rate was recorded at 47.65 percent at the Pabuçdere Dam. The total dam occupancy rate for the megacity of Istanbul was recorded at 72.89 percent.
