Warnings regarding weather conditions from Istanbul Governor Gül
Istanbul Governor Davut Gül issued warnings to citizens regarding the adverse weather conditions expected in the city.
Sharing a post on his social media account, Governor Gül stated that according to the assessments of the Turkish State Meteorological Service, adverse weather conditions are expected in the city between February 19-21.
Governor Gül stated, "It is important not to take to the roads unless necessary, to use winter tires on vehicles, to take precautions against icing and frost, and to prefer public transportation."
Gül requested that the statements of the Istanbul Governorship, the Turkish State Meteorological Service, and relevant institutions be followed for official announcements.
