İstanbulkart balance top-up transaction fees have changed!
It has been announced that İstanbulkart balance top-up fees changed as of March 15, 2024.
Changes have been made to İstanbulkart balance top-up transaction fees, and these changes have been shared on the official İstanbulkart website.
In the announcement, it was stated that, within the scope of the İstanbulkart Framework Agreement, changes have been made to the fees charged for TL and subscription top-up transactions made via İstanbulkart Mobile and bireysel.istanbulkart.istanbul, effective as of March 15, 2024, due to interbank transaction costs. Furthermore, it was stated that the new transaction fees have been published in the table below.
The announcement also noted that users who do not accept the changes may terminate their İstanbulkart Framework Agreement free of charge until this date. It was emphasized that if a termination request is not submitted within this period, the changes will be considered accepted.
