Details have begun to emerge regarding the knife attack that took place at the Borsa İstanbul Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in Istanbul's Çekmeköy district.

It is alleged that 17-year-old F.S.B. was discharged from the Bakırköy Mazhar Osman Mental and Neurological Diseases Hospital by his father two days ago. It is claimed that the suspect, after leaving the hospital, examined the school's class schedule to determine the time and classroom of the teacher he targeted, and made preparations accordingly.

TERROR IN THE CLASSROOM

It was stated that F.S.B. arrived at the school in the morning and went directly to the classroom. It was reported that the attacker, who entered the classroom around 11:00, attacked teacher Fatmanur Çelik with a knife. It was reported that 15-year-old student S.K., who tried to intervene during the panic in the classroom, was also stabbed, and teacher Z.A. was injured in the shoulder.

It was stated that during the attack, the teacher was taken to a safe area by the school's guidance counselor, and the suspect forced the door. Upon notification, numerous police and medical teams were dispatched to the school. F.S.B. was taken into custody by police teams in a short time.

Teacher Fatma Nur Çelik, who was seriously injured, lost her life despite all interventions at the hospital where she was taken. It was learned that the conditions of student S.K. and teacher Z.A. are also critical.

On the other hand, it was stated that the suspect was involved in another fight at the school last year. Information was reached that the late teacher Fatma Nur Çelik had used the expressions "We have no safety, we could be next" regarding the attacker during a disciplinary board meeting held previously.
