ATTENTION ISTANBUL RESIDENTS! PRECIPITATION IS COMING
It is stated that intermittent precipitation is expected in the Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean, western Central Anatolia, Western Black Sea (except Sinop), Eastern Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia (except Iğdır and Van), and Southeastern Anatolia regions, as well as the surroundings of Karaman, Niğde, Nevşehir, Kayseri, and Sivas, with Istanbul being the primary focus.
BE PREPARED FOR THUNDER
The precipitation, which is expected to be effective as of the evening hours, is forecast to generally fall as rain and downpours, as thundery downpours in parts of the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts, and as sleet and snow in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and in areas receiving precipitation in Eastern Anatolia.

STRONG WIND WARNING: As the wind is expected to blow from southerly directions as strong and locally stormy (50-80 km/h) in the western parts of Marmara, the Aegean, the Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, and the interior parts of the Western and Eastern Black Sea, caution and precautions must be taken against negative consequences such as disruptions in transportation, roof damage, and snow drifting.

CENTRAL and EASTERN BLACK SEA
It is expected to be very cloudy, with rain and downpours on the Eastern Black Sea coast, and sleet and snow in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea. The wind is expected to blow from southerly directions in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea as strong and locally stormy (50-70 km/h). There is an avalanche danger in the high altitudes of the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea.
SOUTHEASTERN ANATOLIA
It is expected to be very cloudy, with rain and downpours across the region. Precipitation is expected to be locally strong in the surroundings of Gaziantep, Kilis, and Adıyaman.
