İYİ Party sends 'Terror-Free Turkey' message to citizens' phones: 'Promoting themselves as domestic and national'
While the terrorist organization PKK is expected to lay down its arms, a striking message regarding the ongoing process has come from the İYİ Party. Striking expressions were used in the message sent to citizens' mobile phones.
The 'Terror-Free Turkey process,' which began with MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli's call to the leader of the terrorist organization PKK, Abdullah Öcalan, continues following Öcalan's call for the Imralı delegation to lay down arms.
A critical turning point is being reached in the process launched with the goal of a terror-free Turkey. The terrorist organization PKK is set to begin laying down its arms this week.
"DO NOT GIVE CREDENCE"
İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu continues to make statements characterizing this process as "treason." Most recently, Dervişoğlu shared an SMS sent to citizens by the İYİ Party.
Sharing the same post from his personal account, Dervişoğlu stated, "Do not give credence to those who promote themselves as 'Domestic and National' on phones, screens, and in the field, and who market 'Treason' wrapped in the packaging of a 'Terror-Free Turkey'."
Regarding the Terror-Free Turkey project, Dervişoğlu had previously said, "This is a matter that requires the approval of the Great Turkish Nation. It is a matter that requires the consent of the Turk. If you are curious about what they think, bring the ballot box and ask the Turkish nation; take it to a referendum and ask, 'Do you approve of this treason project or not?' Ask the Turkish nation, 'Do you approve of the solution process project of the head of the murderers, Apo, his partnership with the government, and the equalization of the state with the PKK?'"
