İYİ Party spokesperson Kürşad Zorlu visits Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya

İYİ Party Spokesperson and Head of Media Relations Kürşad Zorlu visited Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya at his office following the terrorist attack in Ankara.

In a post on social media, Kürşad Zorlu stated, “We visited Interior Minister Mr. Ali Yerlikaya at his office to convey our get-well wishes regarding the treacherous attack that took place today. As a nation, we will continue to fight decisively against terrorist organizations that target our peace and unity.”

WHAT HAPPENED?

A bomb attack attempt occurred in front of the Ministry of Interior in Ankara this morning (October 1, 2023) at 09:30. The terrorists attempting to carry out the attack were neutralized by police officers. Two police officers were slightly injured in the incident. Ankara Governor Vasip Şahin conducted investigations at the scene following the attack attempt.
