The appointment decree for judicial and administrative judges and prosecutors by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has been published in the Official Gazette.
The decisions of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK), consisting of the lists of names of judicial and administrative judges, chief public prosecutors, and prosecutors who have completed their terms of office at various levels, have been published in the Official Gazette.
The HSK has announced the lists of names of judicial and administrative judges and prosecutors who completed their 2-year promotion period as of April 2025.
Those who are not on the list but have completed their required period may request a re-examination of their status by submitting a written application within 30 days.
