Justice Minister Gürlek thanks notaries for 'speeding up the judiciary': You have made a great contribution

Minister of Justice Gürlek received the President of the Turkish Notaries Union, Serdar Arat, and his accompanying delegation at the Ministry.

Taking note of the suggestions from the notaries, Minister Gürlek thanked all notaries for the services they provide in accelerating the judiciary.

Emphasizing their belief that the problems identified by notaries in the system and their proposed solutions will further accelerate the judicial system, Minister Gürlek said, "You have made a great contribution to the field of accelerating the judiciary in the recent period. Many transactions, such as vehicle sales and the issuance of inheritance certificates, are among the important steps taken to accelerate the judiciary."

Stating that he will examine the package prepared and presented to him by the Turkish Notaries Union and that they will work on it, Minister Gürlek continued his words as follows:

"Let us also work on the package you have prepared. Hopefully, these will also be the necessary steps for accelerating the judiciary.

You are also working on digital transformation.

We are constantly trying to do something to accelerate the judiciary. Your concrete suggestions regarding the acceleration of the judiciary are especially valuable to us.

As you know, we have started a study. With the regulations in the 12th Judicial Package, we will all accelerate the judiciary even further together."
