The statement made by Kılıçdaroğlu on his X account is as follows:

"I wholeheartedly celebrate Mother's Day for all mothers who selflessly raise children for our country, especially the precious mothers of our dear martyrs.

On this meaningful day, I would like to express a truth: The terrorist organization that has tried to make us enemies for years and has targeted the unity, peace, and territorial integrity of our country has scorched the hearts of all mothers, regardless of their origin.

For this reason, the terrorist organization laying down its arms without setting any conditions and dissolving itself will be a historic step toward protecting the unshakeable unitary structure of the Republic of Turkey, further strengthening the bonds of brotherhood in our society, and ensuring lasting peace and tranquility in our country.

Turkey is a country that has a say, a stance, and the capacity to build the future in a vast geography extending not only within its own borders but from Cyprus to Syria, from the Eastern Mediterranean to the Balkans, and from the Caucasus to Europe.
