Ömer Topsakal, who serves as a press advisor to CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, has become engaged to Selen Yalaz, the former Ankara representative for KRT.
Tuncay Özkan officiated the engagement ceremony for Topsakal and Yalaz.
