KYK again, elevator disaster again: Students hospitalized
In the Fatsa district of Ordu, elevator cables snapped at a KYK dormitory where university students reside; 4 students were taken to the hospital as a precaution.
In the incident that occurred at the KYK dormitory located in Efkaf Neighborhood, where both female and male university students reside, female students entered the elevator on the 5th floor.
ELEVATOR CRASHED TO THE GROUND FLOOR
The elevator, which was moving downward, stopped on its own on the 4th floor. The students were removed from the elevator with the help of their friends. A short while later, the elevator crashed to the ground floor.
STUDENTS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL
Upon notification, medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The teams took the students who had exited the elevator to various hospitals in the district for treatment as a precaution.
Fatsa District Governor Avni Kula arrived at the dormitory and received information from the authorities.
