Landslide blocks Karabük-Zonguldak highway
Transportation on the Karabük-Zonguldak highway was disrupted due to a landslide that occurred in the Yenice district of Karabük.
Following intermittent heavy rainfall in the region, a landslide occurred near the Alaçamkaya Tunnel in Gökbel village.

Gendarmerie teams, who took security measures on the road where rock fragments fell, closed one lane to vehicle traffic.

Transportation on the road returned to normal after teams from the General Directorate of Highways and the Provincial Special Administration cleared the rock fragments from the road.
