Last 48 hours for hospitals in Gaza! 'A major catastrophe will occur'
Ashraf al-Qudra, spokesperson for the Ministry of Health in Gaza, announced that all generators in the city's hospitals will stop within 48 hours.
Ministry of Health in Gaza spokesperson Ashraf al-Qudra, in a brief statement on the ministry's Telegram account, said, "We have less than 48 hours left before all generators in Gaza's hospitals stop running."
Stating that the health system in the city is at its worst point in history, al-Qudra said that the mechanism for delivering aid to Gaza is operating very slowly and that this will not change the situation.
Meanwhile, according to information received from health sources in the region, electricity was cut off at the Indonesian Hospital because fuel had run out. It was stated that patients are facing the danger of death due to the lack of electricity.
Al-Shifa Hospital Director Muhammad Abu Silmiya told Al Jazeera that if fuel does not enter Gaza, a major catastrophe will occur.
