STATEMENT FROM THE CHIEF PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office made a statement following the attack. The statement said, "The Istanbul Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor responsible for Terror and Organized Crimes and an assigned Public Prosecutor are currently at the scene conducting initial investigations regarding the armed attack on lawyer Serdar Öktem. Information will be provided as developments occur."
