WHEN WILL THE HOME CARE ALLOWANCE BE DEPOSITED?
Home care allowances are paid by the Ministry of Family and Social Services between the 15th and 31st of each month, on different days and in different cities. In this context, March payments are expected to begin on March 15. However, no official statement has been made by the Ministry regarding the matter yet.
HOME CARE ALLOWANCE INQUIRY VIA E-DEVLET
Home care allowance inquiries can be made through the "Disabled Home Care Payment Information Inquiry" page on e-Devlet. Citizens registered in the system can perform the inquiry using their Turkish ID numbers and passwords. The Disabled Home Care Payment Information Inquiry option is located under the Ministry of Family and Social Services tab.
HOW TO APPLY FOR HOME CARE ALLOWANCE?
There are 3 conditions that must be met to receive the home care allowance:
Compliance with income criteria,
The need for care,
A medical board report stating that the individual is severely disabled.
To receive the home care allowance, the total net income of the household is calculated and divided by the number of household members, including the disabled person. The application process is carried out at the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Policies or, if available, the District Directorates in the region where the disabled person resides.
