The results of polls asking the question 'If there were an election this Sunday' have once again laid bare the AKP's loss of votes. As calls for early elections rise from the opposition, led by the CHP, a notable election poll result has been shared. According to this, the AKP's votes have fallen below 28 percent.

The CHP, which continues to hold rallies in many parts of Turkey in the process that began with the arrest of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, is reiterating its calls for early elections from the squares.

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel points to November 2 as the date for early elections.

Along with all this, research companies continue to share their election poll results.

In the latest poll conducted face-to-face by the HBS Research Company with 3,200 voters in 32 cities, the CHP ranked first with 33.9 percent of the vote, 6.1 points ahead of the AKP.

The AKP's vote remained at 27.8 percent.
