INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç stated that a criminal complaint has been filed against lawyer Buket Nurşah Tekışık and that an investigation has been launched into the prosecutor in question.

Breaking her silence on the matter, Tekışık "I am a woman who works alone and tries to stand on her own two feet in Istanbul. I have no connection with any judge or prosecutor. The words I shared under that photo are a quote from a book. Anyone can search for it on Google. It has nothing to do with the photo or any message." she stated.

It has been learned that Nurşah Tekışık told her close circle and business associates from the Boğaziçi University Faculty of Law that she claimed to have graduated from, but in fact Cyprus International University is where she completed her studies.

Buket Nurşah Tekışık, who graduated from Cyprus International University, is also the founder of the Tekışık Law and Consultancy firm.

In the information note shared on her LinkedIn account, Tekışık states: "As a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association, under the name Tekışık Law and Consultancy, I and my expert team provide all kinds of corporate and individual legal services, primarily in the fields of law and consultancy, on a project-based or regular/continuous basis."
