An 8-year-old girl who went to a hospital in Kyrgyzstan had a lock of hair removed from her brain.
A mind-boggling incident occurred at a hospital in Kyrgyzstan. An 8-year-old girl who visited the National Center for Maternal and Child Health in the capital, Bishkek, was found to have a mass in her brain.
Following examinations, the girl underwent surgery, during which a lock of hair was removed from her brain. In a statement issued by the Kyrgyzstan Ministry of Health, it was reported that the surgery was successful and that the hair in the girl's brain had been growing inward for 8 years. The statement noted that this condition could stem from a developmental disorder in the womb.
