Man stabbed by his mentally disabled son in Isparta loses his life!

In the Yalvaç district of Isparta, a mentally disabled individual stabbed his father during an argument in the morning hours. The man, who was rushed to the hospital, could not be saved despite all medical interventions and lost his life.

The incident occurred around 07:30 in the morning in the village of Korukaya in the Yalvaç district of Isparta.

According to the information obtained, the disabled individual, identified as K.Y. (43), stabbed his father, Süleyman Yıldırım (79), in the chest and abdomen areas during an argument, leaving him severely injured.

Upon the notification of the incident to the 112 Emergency Call Center by those nearby, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene.

Following the initial intervention by the medical teams arriving at the scene, Süleyman Yıldırım was taken to Yalvaç State Hospital by ambulance.

His son, K.Y., was taken into custody by gendarmerie teams.

Süleyman Yıldırım, who was in critical condition after being taken to Yalvaç State Hospital, was transferred to Eğirdir Bone and Joint Diseases Treatment and Rehabilitation Hospital, where he could not be saved despite all interventions by doctors and lost his life.

An investigation into the incident has been launched.
