Mansur Yavaş clarifies 'I am being attacked from the left and right' remarks: 'Those who appear to be opposition...'

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş said in his statement today regarding 'concert' fees, "There has been a ruthless attack for the last week or ten days. 

They have started attacking through both concerts and all kinds of allegations. We see this, and unfortunately, it is being done from the left and right," he had said. Yavaş made a statement to tv100 regarding his notable remarks.

The fact that the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality spent large amounts on concerts held on October 29 Republic Day and May 19 Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day has been on the political agenda for days. Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş made notable statements on the subject today.

In his statement, Mansur Yavaş said, "That statement covers those who want to fuel the controversy, circles outside the Republican People's Party, groups focused on making it seem like there is a problem within the party, individuals who do not let the Republican People's Party and themselves fall off the agenda morning and night, and those who appear to be 'opposition'."
