MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli’s call for terrorist organization PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan to speak in Parliament by emphasizing the “right to hope,” followed by support from AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan with the words “MHP, we, and DEM will walk together,” has led to new developments every day in this second peace process.
In Mersin, a march was recently organized under the leadership of the Democratic Institutions Platform for the terrorist leader under the title “We are marching for freedom for Abdullah Öcalan’s right to hope.”
During the march, slogans were chanted in favor of the terrorist organization PKK and terrorist leader Öcalan, and calls were made for the freedom of the terrorist organization's leader.
At the demonstration, DBP Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır addressed the crowd while holding a picture of Öcalan.
Bayındır stated, “Listen to us well, we marched today for Öcalan’s freedom. We did not march today to congratulate the Mersin Police Chief.”
