Mass resignation at the Victory Party

In the Victory Party's Manisa Provincial Organization, approximately 150 people, including Provincial Chairman Necdet Erikçi, the provincial administration, youth branches, the disciplinary board, many district chairmen, and candidates from the 2024 local elections, have collectively resigned from the party. The reason for the resignation was stated as "differences of opinion."

In a joint statement regarding the resignation decision, it was stated that they had put in great effort for the party for a long time, but that at this point, parting ways had "become mandatory."

The statement noted that despite all kinds of difficulties, they had fought for the values they believed in, but that this decision had become inevitable due to the differences of opinion experienced for some time, and added that they would continue their struggle.

Among those who resigned were prominent names such as Provincial Chairman Necdet Erikçi, Provincial Organization Chairman Alican Lopoğlu, Provincial Secretary Kemal Tekcan Güneş, Provincial Vice Chairman Mert Gör, Provincial Youth Branch Chairman Serkan Egemen Sıvacı, and Provincial Disciplinary Board Chairman Uğur Çokluk.

It was also learned that Yunusemre District Chairman Osman Kılıç, Şehzadeler District Chairman Gökhan Parlak, as well as the Akhisar, Gölmarmara, and Köprübaşı district organizations and their administrations have resigned. It was also alleged that in addition to the Metropolitan Mayoral Candidate for Manisa, mayoral candidates from districts such as Soma, Akhisar, Yunusemre, and Kırkağaç, as well as numerous municipal council member candidates, have submitted their resignations.
