Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into allegations of bribery at Şile Municipality, CHP Mayor Özgür Kabadayı and several individuals from the municipality had been detained.

Özgür Kabadayı and the other 5 individuals, who have been held in custody since July 10, have been referred to the courthouse.
