Meeting between DEM Party Imrali Delegation and Barzani concludes
Following their meetings with PKK terrorist organization leader Abdullah Öcalan, the DEM Party Imrali Delegation met with KDP Chairman Masoud Barzani in Northern Iraq regarding the new process. The meeting, which began at 10:00 AM, lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Following the calls made by MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, the DEM Party Imrali Delegation, which has met with terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan twice, traveled to Northern Iraq to meet with KDP Chairman Masoud Barzani.
In addition to Pervin Buldan and Sırrı Süreyya Önder from the DEM Party Imrali Delegation, the meeting was attended by Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır, Özgür Erol and İbrahim Bilmez from the Asrın Law Office, DEM Party Foreign Relations Commission Co-Spokesperson Berdan Öztürk, and DEM Party Van MP Gülcan Kaçmaz Sayyiğit and Diyarbakır MP Mehmet Kamaç.
The meeting, held at Barzani's office, began at 10:00 AM and lasted approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
During the meeting, Sırrı Süreyya Önder and Pervin Buldan provided information regarding the meetings held with terrorist leader Öcalan. It was learned that Barzani conveyed his views and thoughts on the process to the DEM Party Imrali Delegation.
The delegation will travel to Sulaymaniyah on Monday, February 17, at 10:00 AM to meet with Kurdistan Regional Government President Nechirvan Barzani.
