Mehmet Şimşek responds in 'Kurdish' to unemployment complaint in his hometown of Batman

Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek attended a park opening held in the city center as part of his Batman program. A conversation Şimşek had in Kurdish with a citizen after the opening became one of the highlights of the program.

After the park's opening, Şimşek met with citizens, where a woman told him she wanted a restroom built in the park. The woman also expressed her request for employment, stating that her children could not find jobs.

Şimşek responded to the citizen's words in Kurdish.

Regarding the employment of the children, Şimşek pointed to the factories in Batman, stating, "There are many factories in the hometown. If our youth want to work, there are jobs here. Apart from this, when new factories are opened here, the youth will be able to find work."

ATTENDED PARK OPENING

During his program in Batman, Şimşek also visited the Gercüş district. Later, Şimşek, who attended the opening of the park which is a continuation of the İluh Park, was accompanied by Deputy Minister of Treasury and Finance Zekeriya Kaya, Batman Governor Ekrem Canalp, and provincial protocol.
