Ahmet Gökçek and Hülya Gökçek, who gave statements in an investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, have been referred to the criminal judgeship of peace.
As part of an investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, İbrahim Melih Gökçek’s son Ahmet Gökçek and his daughter-in-law Hülya Gökçek gave statements as suspects.
Following the statement procedures, Ahmet Gökçek and Hülya Gökçek were referred to the duty criminal judgeship of peace with a request for judicial control measures to be applied against them.
The statement procedures for Ahmet Gökçek, son of former Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Melih Gökçek, and his daughter-in-law Hülya Gökçek have been completed.

Ahmet Gökçek and Hülya Gökçek, whose statements were taken as suspects within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Money Laundering Investigation Bureau, were referred to the duty criminal judgeship of peace with a request for judicial control in the form of a travel ban.
