Memleket Party responds to claims that '30 million TL debt will be transferred to CHP'

According to a report in Nefes Gazetesi, it was claimed that the Memleket Party has 30 million lira in debt across various items.

According to the claim, regarding the process of İnce joining the CHP, the Memleket Party's Party Assembly unanimously granted full authority to Chairman Muharrem İnce to dissolve the party and transfer it to the CHP along with its debts and assets.

After the decision was made, Memleket Party members who met with some CHP members requested that all party executives join the CHP. The Memleket Party members recalled the decision to transfer debts and assets to the CHP following the dissolution decision.

It was alleged that examinations revealed the Memleket Party had 30 million lira in debt across various items. The CHP administration, however, stated that it would not accept the debt transfer.

'CLAIMS ARE A FIGMENT OF IMAGINATION'

A statement came from the Memleket Party regarding the claims in question. The statement indicated that the claims were baseless, stating, "The Memleket Party does not owe a single penny to anyone."

The statement made from the party's social media account is as follows:

“The Memleket Party was established with limited resources; it is a clean political party that stands on the donations of its founders, members, and volunteers, and is not financed by anyone. The Memleket Party does not owe a single penny to anyone. The claims put forward are completely a figment of imagination and are baseless.”
