Mert Vidinli, named in drug investigation, spotted at festival

Mert Vidinli, who is wanted in connection with a drug investigation and has been known to be abroad for a long time, has made headlines with images from the Royal Ascot Festival held in England. Vidinli, who has begun working in the real estate consultancy sector, drew social media attention with his posts from the festival.

Previously, as part of a comprehensive operation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Bureau of Investigation for Smuggling, Narcotics, and Economic Crimes, detention orders were issued for a total of 26 people, including Vidinli. It was stated that Kasım Garipoğlu and Mert Vidinli were abroad and were being sought as fugitives. It was also announced that the assets of these individuals, whose names are frequently mentioned in the public eye, were seized as a precautionary measure during the later stages of the investigation.
