In the lines he penned in prison, Erdoğdu used harsh language regarding the justice system, the political power, and the situation of the "innocent," sending a message with the words: "If thieves come to power in a country and the innocent are held captive, that nation will fall apart, that homeland will be divided, and that state will collapse."
Erdoğdu's post is as follows:
"It is impossible to bind the thief
It is very easy to accuse the innocent
If a thief is caught red-handed, they get away
A single slander is enough for the innocent
In a country where thieves are in power
If the innocent are held captive
That nation will scatter
That homeland will be divided
That state will collapse"
