A message from Berkay Gezgin, the architect of the 'Everything will be very beautiful' slogan

Berkay Gezgin, the architect of the "Everything will be very beautiful" slogan, had come to Istanbul to show his support after IMM Mayor and presidential candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu was detained.

Gezgin was detained by police in Saraçhane, where millions had flocked, and was subsequently arrested by the court and sent to Silivri Prison.

Gezgin shared a message from the prison where he is being held.

In a statement made from Berkay Gezgin's social media account, he expressed his pride in being elected to the CHP Party Assembly and thanked Ekrem İmamoğlu, CHP leader Özgür Özel, and everyone who stood by him during this process.

At the end of his message, Gezgin stated, "We will never lose our faith that everything will be very beautiful. We will achieve this together."

Berkay Gezgin's message is as follows:

"Being elected to the CHP Party Assembly has been an indescribable source of honor and hope for me, regardless of the conditions I am in.

I sincerely thank everyone who has been by my side, believed in me, and made me feel their support during this process. I am grateful to our Chairman Mr. Özgür Özel, our Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor and presidential candidate Mr. Ekrem İmamoğlu, our Istanbul Provincial Chairman Mr. Özgür Çelik, our Youth Branch Chairman Mr. Cem Aydın, who showed great sacrifice for me, and all our esteemed delegates.

I will work with all my strength to live up to this trust placed in me. Despite the difficulties we are going through, we will continue to fight for a fairer and more beautiful Turkey without losing our hope.

We will never lose our faith that everything will be very beautiful. We will achieve this together!
