Message from the Ministry of National Defense on the Eastern Mediterranean: 'They have no chance of success against Turkey'

The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) made assessments regarding initiatives targeting the rights and interests of Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) during its weekly press briefing.

In the statement made at the meeting, it was stated that any military formation or alliance targeting the rights and interests of Turkey and the TRNC has no chance of success.

"WE REMIND THEM ONCE AGAIN THAT THEY HAVE NO CHANCE OF SUCCESS"

In the statement made by the Ministry, the following remarks were included regarding steps taken against the interests of Turkey and the TRNC:

"We remind them once again of the reality that any military alliance targeting the rights and interests of Turkey and the TRNC has no chance of success against Turkey."

DETERMINATION OF THE TSK EMPHASIZED

The statement also drew attention to the stance of the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) against threats to the security of Turkish Cypriots.

Stating that the Turkish Armed Forces possess the necessary power and determination against potential threats, the Ministry made the following assessment:

"The Turkish Armed Forces have the power and determination to provide the harshest response to hostile attitudes that threaten the security of Turkish Cypriots."

In the MSB's statement, the message was conveyed that Turkey continues its determined stance regarding the protection of the rights and interests of the TRNC. The Ministry stated that the Turkish Armed Forces will continue to fulfill their duty against initiatives targeting the security of Turkish Cypriots.
