Metropoll survey: 'Is Turkey a safe country?'
Metropoll Research has shared the results of its study titled 'Is Turkey a safe country?'
In Turkey, which is struggling with an economic crisis, femicides, child abuse, and animal massacres remain on the agenda.
The ever-escalating incidents of violence have brought the issue of 'security' to the forefront.
In this regard, Metropoll Research investigated whether Turkey is a safe country.
IS TURKEY A SAFE COUNTRY?
In the survey conducted with 1,576 people between September 12 and 19, participants were asked the question, "Do you live in a secure, safe country?"
The survey results were shared by Özer Sencar, the founder of Metropoll Research.
According to the survey results, 58.5 percent of citizens answered "No" to the question "Is Turkey a safe country?"
The rate of those who said "Yes" was 39.1 percent.
