MHP Chairman Bahçeli attended the reception for the new legislative year of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).

At the reception, in response to a journalist's question, "Do you expect the issue of a 'Terror-Free Turkey' to be resolved by 2027?", Bahçeli replied, "Our Republic's government knows that, sir.

This has now become the state policy of the Republic's government.

We must respect the measures they will take.

I am hopeful about the future," he said.

Regarding the question of whether Selahattin Demirtaş will be released, Bahçeli replied, "I cannot go that deep into it, sir."
