MHP's Feti Yıldız names the 'Terror-Free Turkey' process: 'A Devlet Bahçeli model has emerged'

Yıldız made a notable statement on his social media account. Drawing on examples from around the world regarding the process referred to as a Terror-Free Turkey, Yıldız stated that a "Devlet Bahçeli model" has been created regarding the PKK's disarmament process.

"Similar methods are applied in the liquidation processes of terrorist organizations around the world.

Negotiations are held between the country seeking to solve the problem and the terrorist organizations, concessions are made, and the process is spread over a long period of time.

The PKK terrorist organization, following the call of our Leader Mr. Devlet Bahçeli,

less than 9 months after our President embraced this historic call, dissolved itself and burned its weapons near the city of Sulaymaniyah on July 11, 2025. It is certain that we still have a long way to go.

The termination of terrorism and conflicts has followed different courses in every country. Countries such as El Salvador, Guatemala, South Africa, Tajikistan, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Burundi, Indonesia, and Nepal managed to solve them over a long period of time through compromise.

A framework closed to provocations and agitation has been created for the liquidation of the terrorist organization and the unconditional surrender of weapons without any bargaining.
