MHP releases 'Ballad of the Souls' for the cemevi built under Bahçeli's instruction

The MHP has produced a folk song titled 'Ballad of the Souls' for the Horasan Erenleri Hacıbektaş Culture and Cemevi Complex, which was built on land donated by Chairman Devlet Bahçeli in the Hacıbektaş district of Nevşehir.

The song, with lyrics by Canfer Balçık and music by İsmail Altunsaray, was performed by Elif Buse Doğan. The song was shared on the MHP's social media account. Eyyup Yıldız, Chief Advisor to the MHP Chairman, also stated in a post on his social media account: "This song, written in dedication to the Horasan Erenleri Hacıbektaş Culture and Cemevi Complex built on the land our MHP Chairman donated in Hacıbektaş, describes Alevi-Sunni brotherhood, national unity, and the shared heart of the souls. This work is the ballad of those who meet at the same table and in the same spirit."

The lyrics of the 'Ballad of the Souls' are as follows:

"Our language is pure, it opens forty doors / When we join hands, we are never helpless / Every soul sacrifices their life for the homeland / We are the guardians of an eternal homeland. / This country is a legacy from the souls to us / Our lives are sacrificed for our Turkey / We become a thousand from one, no need for words / We are the pioneers of many centuries. / We are bound to both the homeland and the Ahl al-Bayt / To this blessed land, to the Republic / We do not fall into humiliation or negligence / We are the scouts of the two Mustafas. / Our direction is the same, our qibla is the same / Our scale does not falter, we have no greed / Our path is always towards the truth / We are the observers of God's justice. / Mankind writes in the roots, in the lineage / There is no room for division, in a solid structure / May God watch over us in both worlds / We are the envoys of Bektash-i Veli.
