CHP's Yücel responds sharply to MHP figures' posts about Özgür Özel

In his press statement, Özgür Özel had addressed Bahçeli, saying, "Let me extend an invitation to Mr. Bahçeli. If he is not satisfied with his own alliance, he can join our alliance. The name of our alliance is the Turkey Alliance."

The CHP Chairman had stated, "He should not propose any alliance to us because those responsible for today will bear this responsibility. Mr. Bahçeli should not take the easy way out; he should not bring the country to this state and then push his accomplice toward us. Either they solve these problems, or they step aside and we will solve them." 

Following these statements by Özel, harsh remarks came from MHP Deputy Chairmen Semih Yalçın and İzzet Ulvi Yönter.

CHP's Deniz Yücel issued a very sharp response to the MHP figures, who addressed CHP Chairman Özel with phrases like 'you are afraid and scared of us'.

Yücel included the following statements in his social media post:

"Two names that are a burden and a disgrace on the back of the Nationalist Movement Party… 

Whom everyone is fed up with… 

They have no other skill than trying to hold onto the political stage by slandering our Chairman Mr. Özgür Özel and our party! 

You are people who follow our Chairman Mr. Özgür Özel's meetings with President Mr. Erdoğan like a lover who has fallen out of favor, making emotional and bombastic statements, and who are afraid that the Sinan Ateş case will touch you, and who talk nonsense as you get scared!

You are dirty, dark, and unnecessary…"

HARSH STATEMENTS HAD COME FROM TWO MHP FIGURES AFTER ÖZGÜR ÖZEL'S CALL TO BAHÇELİ

SEMİH YALÇIN USED THE FOLLOWING EXPRESSIONS:

"Özgür Özel, you avoided answering our questions about CHP's political collaborations and kicked the ball into touch, talking about not stooping to our level in your mind. You have already lowered your already low level by directly targeting MHP Executive Board members—without even having the courage to mention names. You are not acting like a political party chairman, but like a rebel leader demanding heads from a sultan, like a warlord. However, you are wasting your breath," he said.

"YOU ARE SCARED OF US"

Semih Yalçın continued: "If you think you will scare us with fake toughness, you are mistaken. Since you have left aside the work and politics that would benefit the country and are dealing with us; you are genuinely afraid and scared of us. You look just like cowards who swing their fists when there is no danger. Your insolence in interfering with MHP's internal affairs is also an extra. You should first try to solve the problems within your own party. You cannot cover up the intra-party fights that were pushed aside in the wind of the Local Elections by attacking and dealing with us."

"THERE ARE 3 THINGS THAT RUIN A PERSON IN LIFE"

"There are such types in your party that they undermine you bit by bit," said Yalçın, "Then you look and see that the seat has gone from under you. But because of the arrogance and pride you have fallen into these days, your feet have left the ground. Your arrogance and ego have blinded you. You cannot see the facts. There are three things that ruin a person in life, Özgür Özel... These are; cowardice, pride, and anger. You have all three of them. Cowards; use lies, slander, and mud as weapons. Cowards; exploit emotions and devilishly provoke sensitivities. When you go after them, they get angry quickly. That is exactly who you are. You are exploiting a heinous murder and adding it to your dirty politics. You are winding up someone's springs and provoking their sensitivities.

"WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO PUT YOU IN YOUR PLACE"

If you continue to attack us without knowing your place, we will not hesitate to put you in your place with great pleasure. We will not be left under your hypocritical bravado and wordplay. We will treat and address you in the manner you deserve. We are here; you are welcome, continue like this! Challenge accepted! Özgür Efendi; you will see in time whether your delusions, which purposefully target me and my colleague İzzet Ulvi Yönter, have any karşılık in the eyes of the nation."

HARSH WORDS ALSO FROM İZZET ULVİ YÖNTER

MHP's Yönter also attacked Özgür Özel with harsh words.

In his post on his social media account, Yönter said, "He talks nonsense, put it on a plate and eat it in the morning... His face is like leather, whatever we say is in vain... Because words are in vain for the heedless...

Özgür, it is a comedy that you try to pass off your abnormal mentality as normalization...

We have no fear, let those who are afraid be like you! I don't know who you talked to or are talking to, but don't trust your collaborative and crypto friends, they will stuff straw into your dirty hide...

We are waiting for proof, Özgür, proof... If you don't prove your allegations against us, you are a coward," he said.
