Midnight police raid on Marmaris Municipality: Tense moments at the municipality and surrounding area
Tense moments began in the middle of the night in the Marmaris district of Muğla. As part of an investigation reportedly conducted by the Marmaris Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, teams from the Muğla Provincial Police Department raided the Marmaris Municipality at midnight.
Within the scope of the operation that began at midnight, a large number of police teams raided the municipal building. It was learned that during the operation, some municipal employees were taken from their residences and brought to the municipality, while some officials who served in the municipality during the previous term were also brought to the building.
While numerous police teams entered the municipal building, it was observed that police teams also took security measures in the surrounding area.
The operation, which was primarily carried out by teams from the Muğla Provincial Police Department's Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch, began at midnight, leading to tense moments at the municipality and in the surrounding area.
