The workers, who wanted to protest in front of the Fernas Mining Headquarters, which belongs to AKP Batman Deputy Ferhat Nasıroğlu, were detained after the police did not grant permission.

THEY MOVED THEIR RESISTANCE TO ANKARA
Fernas Mining workers had moved their resistance, which has been ongoing for days in line with their demands to improve working conditions and workplace safety, to the capital Ankara. The workers, who came together to defend their rights, were unable to continue their protest as a result of the intervention by law enforcement.
The workers, who set out from Soma and arrived in Ankara, want their demands regarding union rights, occupational health, and safety to be met. However, the protest they wanted to hold in front of the Fernas Mining Headquarters was blocked.
Following the police intervention, a large number of workers were detained and the protest was ended.
