Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with the Russian delegation led by Russian Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky.
The delegation led by Medinsky at the meeting held at the Presidential Office in Beşiktaş included Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, Head of the Main Directorate of the General Staff Igor Kostyukov, Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin, and experts.
Peace negotiations are planned to be held tomorrow in the form of trilateral meetings between the United States (US)-Ukraine-Turkey and the Russian Federation-Ukraine-Turkey.
It has been learned that the matter of whether the US, Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey will hold a joint quadrilateral meeting has not yet been finalized.
