Minister Işıkhan announced on his social media account: Collective bargaining bonus has been determined

Işıkhan stated, "With the legislative proposal accepted and enacted in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), our unionized civil servants will receive a bonus of 641.81 TL as a Collective Bargaining Bonus, and it will be ensured that all our unionized civil servants receive this bonus."

Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan announced that civil servants will receive a bonus of 641.81 TL as a Collective Bargaining Bonus with the legislative proposal accepted and enacted in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM). Minister Işıkhan included the following statements in his announcement:

“We had secured the collective bargaining bonus for our civil servants in the 7th Term Public Collective Bargaining Agreement, which we conducted on the basis of social dialogue with unions and confederations.

However, this gain was unfortunately canceled following the CHP's application to the Constitutional Court. With the cancellation decision, a decrease occurred in the monthly salaries of our public officials who benefited from the bonus.

We always stand by the gains of our laborers and civil servants.

With the legislative proposal accepted and enacted in the TBMM General Assembly, our unionized civil servants will receive a bonus of 641.81 TL as a Collective Bargaining Bonus, and it will be ensured that all our unionized civil servants receive this bonus. I would like to thank our People's Alliance deputies who contributed to the process of this legislative proposal becoming law.”
